Krishnagiri District Treasury Unit is Separately formed on 06-02-2004 after the bifurcation of Combined Dharmapuri District. The following treasuries are functioning under the control of Treasury Officer.

1. District Treasury – Krishnagiri
2. Sub Treasury – Denkanikottai
3. Sub Treasury – Hosur
4. Sub Treasury – Krishnagiri
5. Sub Treasury – Pochampalli
6. Sub Treasury – Uthangarai

IFHRMS – Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System

These Service Registers of the Government employees working in krishnagiri District have been computerized under the scheme.

On implementation of the Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System Project, about 29000 Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) throughout the State will be able to submit the bills to the Treasury through online. This System will provide real time data on revenue and expenditure. The public will also benefit with hassle-free and instantaneous services. This system will also pave way for smooth maintenance of Service Register of all Government employees on real time basis by which the employee’s pay bill, promotion, transfer, leave etc., are managed in online. The Integrated Financial and Human Resource Management System will have security features like bio-metric authentication, digital signature etc., This new system is expected to be rolled out by October 2018.This will enable Government to know the real time fund position which will strengthen the Finance and Human Resource Management.

Under this scheme, the Service Registers of about 9 lakh Government Servants are being digitized. The employee’s pay details, promotion, transfer, leave and other service details are updated on real time basis then and there. The service history of a Government servant right from entry into Government Service till the retirement is being digitized under this scheme.
